There are three important steps in our recruitment procedure.

First, we will identify your organisation’s needs and interview the person(s) with the job vacancy. This, we believe, lays the foundation of an effective recruitment process. During this interview, the core of the project / function will be formulated and the setting within which the activities will take place will be defined. The required subject matter expertise and knowledge of the candidate will be mapped out as well. We also take the personal skills required by the candidate into consideration. From this discussion we will define the optimal function profile with you.

Next, we will identify candidates with the relevant knowledge based on the agreed profile, invite them for interviews and ask them to carry out tests to assess their general behaviour, and interpersonal & communication skills. We then match the candidate(s) with the skills and competences that best suit your needs.

Then we’ll send you the written profiles of the selected candidates and discuss them with you. Those you have chosen will be invited for one or more introductory meetings.  Finally, a discussion about the job will be held with the candidate if he/she is employed. We take care of employment in cases of temporary jobs (outsourcing).
