Olga found her dream job in just three months, thanks to CLS Services, a recruitment agency specialised in life science and chemistry. She now works for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies as a Drug Safety Scientist.

After completing her Biomedical Science studies abroad, Olga moved back to the Netherlands to look for a job. “While at university, I realised that I did not want a job in research, and that I’d rather work in a commercial environment, either in the pharmaceutical or food industry.” After she posted her CV on the internet, CLS Services phoned and invited her for a job interview. “Of course, I was very excited to be approached so quickly, especially with such a great job opportunity.”

Olga was pleased when she was offered a job at one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. At first the company was hesitant as I had no experience in the field, but René convinced them to invite me for an interview. This was very helpful.” Olga remembers the interview taking four hours: “I had a good feeling about it, and I was right… I heard they wanted to offer me the job just two hours after the interview had ended! I started working for them a week later, only three months after I set foot on the labour market.”

Olga works via an outsourcing contract with CLS Services and is very pleased with this construction. “I really feel a part of the CLS Services team and they provide constant support and coach me in my job.
