New Product Introduction Specialist

For our client, Janssen Biologics B.V., we are looking for a New Product Introduction Specialist.
As New Product Introduction specialist, you will work with late phase clinical products and new products. You are the bridge between different projects and the operations teams. On a daily basis you support and prepare trainings for operators which needed to be done before new processes are performed. You will train, plan new activities and implement new equipment in close collaboration with the operators.
Who we're looking for
For this role, we are looking for BSc. or MSc. candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a relevant field. You have experience with Biologic processes, GMP and you have cell culture experience. Good communication skills in Dutch is a strong advantage while you have to work with the operators on the floor. As a person, you can work independant as well in a team. You can easily stand for a group and like to train other people.
