Profile
This position resides within the Bioanalytics Genomic Medicine department. You will be responsible for the Quality control testing, QC data review, validations, equipment qualifications, laboratory investigations, quality procedures and method performance monitoring at the Amsterdam PHW QC laboratories.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine in-process and release testing of medicinal products;
- Review QC data from testing of product release, IPCs, and raw materials.
- Identify, investigate, and manage various Quality systems, such as deviations, OOS, CAPAs and change controls, in collaboration with Site Quality Operations (SQO);
- Generate, review, and approve standard operating procedures, work instructions, test methods and other relevant documentation;
- Assure proper storage and handling of QC and IPC samples;
- Assist in documentation related to equipment validations;
- Implementation of appropriate QC lab safety procedures;
- Support internal and external quality audits and inspections;
- Participate in routine maintenance of lab equipment and lab spaces;
- Assist to training activities of analyst;
- Manage analytical databases and perform data analysis to support assay performance and control.
Who we're looking for
To fulfill this exiting role with Kiadis/Sanofi, we are looking for BSc. candidates with a background in Analytical chemistry or molecular biology. You have experience in a related field, preferably in Quality control in an industrial cell therapy or other biopharmaceutical industry. You have hands on experience in analytical techniques such as ELISA, MSD, cell counting, protein measurements, endotoxin, cell-based assays, HPLC/UPLC. Additionally, you have experience in a GMP regulated environment. Experience with assay qualification/validation, assay transfer is preferred.as a person you have excellent communication skills, you are a team player and you have a strong sense of quality.
