Profile

The Brand Team Coordinator delivers operational support to the full brand team they are assigned to while also leading their own assigned projects (cross franchise or within franchise). Doing all this through applying the Agile methodology.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to the full brand team (commercial and medical);
  • Drive ad hoc projects coming from Global or MCO level (i.e. audits, simplification efforts, ambassador roles in new tool implementation etc.);
  • Support and drive process related to congress and meeting planning (preparing and organising logistics of events, correspondence & information to guests for congresses/symposia/national meetings etc.);
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to initiate, implement, and follow up on planned sales and marketing activities according to deadline and responsibility;
  • Support and handle HCP contracts and arrange payment of various honorariums and expenses when working with external experts. Support and handle contracts with Patient Advocacy Groups, HCOs or other types of sponsorships. Support and handle purchase orders (PO). Support the tracking of costs in close collaboration with brand teams;
  • Depending on franchise - coordinate initiation of internal approval/re-approval of marketing material/promotional activities/sponsorships in PromoMats incl. notification to ENLI. Contact with vendors, optimising the collaboration and negotiating with them in the best interest of Sanofi;
  • Be an active part in the digital transformation and take lead and responsibility in digital marketing activities in collaboration with the brand teams;
  • Build relations internally and be involved in the Brand Lead Coordinator group. Cooperate with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with promotional rules and internal SOPs;
  • Take responsibility for the use of approved templates and that material is in accordance with local and Sanofi rules. Be a driving force in systemising and optimising the internal processes;
  • Adhere to policies, standard operating procedures and regulations both from a Country and Sanofi perspective to maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics and business integrity;
  • Continuously stretch yourself to improve, simplify and prioritise within your area of influence with a laser focus on adding value.

Who we're looking for

The ideal candidate has a B.Sc. with 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Communication in the field of Pharma. You have knowledge of local promotional rules in Pharma and you have a high degree of attention to detail. Scrum master experience is advantageous. Fluency in Dutch required!
