This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Food Solutions HR team, partnering the Research & Development function supporting the R&D VP (roughly 40% of the role), undertaking Organisational Effectiveness & Analytics (OE&A) responsibilities, and delivering global HR strategic initiatives (roughly 60% of the role)
In this role, you have responsibility for all aspects of the people agenda for the R&D population distributed in six regions. You will collaborate with the Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) R&D leadership team and HR community on the talent, organisation, culture and capability agenda. You will also be responsible to drive the OE&A agenda for UFS (i.e. OVH cost, workforce planning, HR dashboard, Univoice/Unipulse etc).
This role is critical to the delivery of the Food Solutions’ HR agenda, particularly with a focus on partnering for growth, building talent pipelines, and creating a highly effective organisation.
Job Summary:
HR Business Partnering UFS R&D:
- Understand the Food Solutions’ R&D needs and define functional plans to deliver for HR solutions related to Talent Management, Organisational and Cultural Development;
- Deliver the end-to-end HR agenda, from operational HR delivery to strategic interventions;
- Being part of the Nutrition R&D HR team and support the talent management strategy, performance management cycle and the talent pipeline as well as maintaining clean data and structure in the NU R&D Destination Organisation in collaboration with the R&D HR team.
Global UFS Organisational Effectiveness & Analytics partner:
- Be the OE&A lead for organisation development interventions and overheads management, including leading the Workforce Planning process for UFS;
- FPOC for finance, Nutrition OE&A lead and local UFS HRBPs around HR analytics.
Global project & initiatives:
- Lead and support the relevant HR strategic initiatives to design and execute the projects in collaboration with the wider HR community;
- Managing the agenda and UFS HRLT meetings as well as the global meetings with all local HR BPs.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has:
- Two years of experience in the Human Resources field, including some exposure to business partnering;
- Good knowledge of key HR processes and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle;
- Collaboration skills to enable working across the global organisation;
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferably experienced with e.g. PowerBI, Visier, UniVoice dashboard etc.;
- Passion for global environment, different culture and way of thinking.
