Profile
As a Chemical Analyst, you work in an analytical laboratory environment where accuracy and data quality are paramount. You operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation — primarily HPLC/UHPLC and GC-FID — and work with chromatographic data analysis software. Your work includes sample preparation techniques such as extraction, dilution, filtration, purification, derivatization, and preparation of standards and calibration solutions. You follow analytical methods, SOPs, and work instructions precisely, and maintain thorough laboratory documentation in line with data integrity and traceability requirements. You collaborate within a multidisciplinary team while managing your own responsibilities effectively.Who we're looking for
You hold an MBO or HBO degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. Relevant laboratory experience through industry, internships, or academic research is required, with hands-on knowledge of chromatographic techniques and sample preparation.- Experience with HPLC/UHPLC and/or GC-FID, including basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with GLP, laboratory safety procedures, and quality systems
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, reproducible results
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
