Profile
As a Product Data Specialist within Customer Operations Europe, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing End-to-End European Product Data Management (EPDM). EPDM ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product data across our entire portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and IT—to optimize product data systems and maintain high standards of data governance.
This position offers the unique opportunity to rotate across three areas of expertise within the EPDM team:
- Material Data Specialist;
- End-to-End Data Specialist;
- Data Flow Specialist.
As an End-to-End Specialist, you will manage the complete data flow from source to customer, ensuring data integrity and timely availability. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data throughout its lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across all systems;
- Integrate and synchronize product data with global standards (e.g., GS1 GDSN);
- Manage Product Information Management (PIM) systems for centralized data storage and distribution;
- Guarantee regulatory compliance for product data across regions;
- Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure integrity and availability;
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for data management;
- Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) processes, including creation and maintenance;
- Standardize and cleanse data regularly to maintain quality;
- Monitor innovations and trends in data management.

A highly skilled professional with strong expertise in data management and process optimization, demonstrating proficiency in English and exceptional attention to detail. Experienced in data integration and Product Information Management (PIM), ensuring accurate and centralized product data across systems. Adept at implementing data governance policies and collaborating cross-functionally to meet organizational data needs.
Possesses strong analytical abilities to identify and optimize process patterns, combined with effective stakeholder management skills to drive adoption of standards. Proven capability in change management, leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement. Excellent communicator, able to clearly convey process requirements and influence teams toward shared goals.
