Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of Engineering, Validation & Maintenance (EVM) projects? As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our EVM portfolio. From managing complex technical projects to improving processes, you’ll ensure that every initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Take full accountability for the delivery of assigned projects, including: End-of-Life replacement projects for technical systems (HVAC, production/lab equipment, water/gas systems, etc.), Lab and cleanroom refurbishments, technical feasibility studies;
  • Review and approve key project documentation (Project Letters, Project Plans, URS, Risk Assessments, Cost Calculations, Resource Planning, etc.);
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and project sponsors;
  • Support project leads and onboard external contractor project managers;
  • Manage and update portfolio tools and ensure compliance with RACI principles;
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management systems and processes;
  • Provide timely updates on budgets, resources, and timelines to the portfolio manager;
  • Support annual Capex budget planning and monitor spending throughout the year;
  • Set priorities for Capex projects and align with relevant departments;
  • Deliver project management training to EVM team members and contractors.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for an experienced project manager who thrives in a technical environment (preferably pharmaceutical environment) and knows how to deliver results. You have a strong engineering background and you combine strong leadership with excellent organizational skills. You have a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time from start to finish.
You should bring:
  • Extensive project management experience in engineering, validation, or maintenance settings;
  • Strong technical understanding of systems like HVAC, cleanroom environments, and lab equipment;
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align priorities across departments;
  • A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
