Profile
The Supply Chain Establishment Manager is responsible for ensuring Day 1 readiness and business continuity while supporting the design and implementation of the Day 2 operating model. The role serves as the critical operational link between Separation and Establishment teams, driving coordination, risk management, milestone delivery, and stakeholder alignment across workstreams.You act as the operational bridge between Separation and Establishment teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, decisions, dependencies, and risks. You own and maintain L1, L2, and L3 action and milestone tracking, monitor progress against key deliverables, and escalate risks, delays, and critical decisions as required. Day-to-day, you coordinate across multiple workstreams, lead engagement with factories and operational teams, and manage project-related data requests to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the program.
- Develop recommendations and action plans to mitigate operational and project risks.
- Facilitate factory engagement and data collection activities required for separation and establishment planning.
Who we're looking for
You bring 4–6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement within FMCG or a similarly complex operating environment, with exposure to Planning, Manufacturing, Technology, Procurement, or Supply Chain Strategy. You have a proven track record supporting end-to-end transformation, network design, or manufacturing capability projects across internal operations and external partners.- Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels, with effective communication towards operational teams and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to risk and issue management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment.

This is a global role based at the AIR Office in Rotterdam, reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Establishment Manager. Key interfaces include Separation Workstream Leads, Establishment Leadership, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Leadership, Factory Directors, and functional teams across Procurement, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, Quality, Engineering, and Legal.Company profile
