Then we’d love to hear from you!We are looking for a proactive Technical Specialist to join our laboratory team and play a vital role in maintaining cGMP standards, supporting new product introductions, and driving technical excellence.
As a Technical Specialist, you will take the lead in managing medium to high complexity quality and compliance issues within the lab. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during cGMP inspections and serve as the Single Point of Contact for the lab on matters such as investigations, qualifications, and the implementation of new products. You will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Leading investigations into non-conformances and managing deviation processes, including implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs);
- Creating, reviewing, and updating lab documentation in support of new product introductions;
- Providing technical support across lab operations and acting as liaison with internal and external stakeholders;
- Serving as technical system owner for analytical equipment and ensuring it is qualified and maintained;
- Representing the lab as SME during audits and inspections;
- Initiating and leading continuous improvement projects to optimize lab performance and compliance.
Who we're looking for
You hold a Bachelor’s degree (HLO) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, or a related field. You have experience with microbiological techniques (e.g., bioburden, endotoxin, sterility testing) and have working experience in a GMP-regulated environment. You bring analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills to the table, along with a proactive mindset. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandaorty, Dutch speaking and writing is a strong plus.Company profile
