You take initiative, communicate easily with different stakeholders and are comfortable taking ownership of quality issues.

    Your key responsibilities include:
    • Monitoring and controlling quality processes during production and integration, performing inspections on supplier deliveries, production parts and finished products, and reviewing production-related documentation, drawings and quality records.
    • Identifying, reporting and coordinating the resolution of non-conformities in close collaboration with Engineering, Production, AIT, Product Assurance, Safety and suppliers.
    • Coordinating and participating in quality reviews, including Manufacturing and Test Reviews, preparing quality reports and maintaining quality documentation in the relevant systems.

You are a proactive and independent professional who enjoys working in a technical and multidisciplinary environment. You think critically and are comfortable taking responsibility for quality-related decisions.

    • At least a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or a technical production environment.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a hands-on and independent approach and the ability to assess processes, documentation and technical issues.
    • Experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong advantage; experience in aerospace or space is beneficial but not essential. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
    • You live within approximately 45 minutes of the Airbus location and are available for a minimum of three days per week on-site.
